The participation declaration is a course in which the rights, norms, values, rules, history and politics of the Netherlands are explained. The municipality of Amsterdam registers people for this course. The course is mandatory.

Labor and family migrants

The course for labor and family migrants consists of two lessons. Each lesson is 3 hours. The lessons are given in Dutch and English. If you cannot speak one of these two languages, we can try to invite a translator for you (free of charge).

The course is given at three times. You can call or send an email to join a group. If you don't, we will put you in a group. The course costs 165 euros and we will not sign you up until we have received this amount. At the end of the course, the student receives a certificate.
